Cedar Point 5/25

What a good day at CP! My friend and I got to the park at 830 so we were some of the first people there. They opened the gates at 900 and we dashed for the MF. What a long sprint! Didn't know I had it in me until I saw the towering beast. We were the third train up of the day. The ride was incredible! I've never experienced something like that before. So fast and so tall. The lift takes up surprisingly quick. Everyone went straight to MF so there were no lines in any of the other coasters. Hopped on Raptor, Mantis, Magnum, Gemini, Mean Streak, and Power Tower with hardly any line wait. We got the majority of the coasters out of the way before 1200 so we kinda relaxed for the remainder of the day. Rode the Raptor and a few others again. I am kind of disappointed with the Magnum now. It was one of the roughest rides I've ever been on! It kind of felt like the Mean Streak at times and didn't enjoy it that much. What a great day at the park. Nice and breezy, not too hot or cold. First time to CP in over two years. Had a blast. Peace
I noticed that the Magnum was rough as a cob this year too. After being on MF it just doesn't hold my attention anymore.
CP trips----- May 13,16,17,20,23,24 so far. Was too worn out after all that to go this weekend.
Flick, How long was the wait for MF after 6 pm?
My friend said she heard that they are going to sell the magnum. But why would they do that? I mean, it's a relic there. It's CP's trademark... I hope they don't. Because it is still a great ride!

The wait after 6 was still bout 4hrs. I got on early so I didn't have to suffer the long waits. If u r going to the park for 2 days, DON'T ride it the first day! It kinda wrecks the other rides :) Was a little bummed.
Were there three trains running on MF, or just two? I need to know cause I'm gonna be there for
three straight days starting June 7.
Please, selling Magnum is not in the plan. They wat to maintain their place as the record holder for number of rollercoasters. And, it is still popular, just needs some tlc.

Six Flags America IS a Six Flags park!
I doubt if Magnum will be sold, I really do... I think that is a great topic, too. Which coaster if any would be the next to go at the Point?? I say the Corkscrew. Even if it's a signature. It's still a good ride, but it's turned into a kiddie coaster at the park. Nothing like seeing it run through the corkscrews from the front of the park...

There's nothing like a woodie...
Mean Streak? Oh well, I can hope can't I?
