Cedar Point. 2007 ideas?

Okay, now that we know that White Water Landing is being removed for "furture dvelopment" something is up over at Cedar Point. It has to be big, it has to be fast. I think it'll be CPs response to their loss of the speed and height record, a coaster that'll top 500 feet (At which point they will coin another name for coasters of over 500 feet, to add to Giga, and strata). What do you think? I know my idea is a long shot, but it's a start. Here is a park map http://cedarpoint.com/public/inside_park/map/pdf/cpmap_med_05.pdf
I heard a rumor somewhere that they wanted to build a dueling flying coaster but it doenst look like they have enough room in that area

It does? Says who? If you think they're gonna break 500' I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell ya.

Inn bee four clothes.

Having the 400 ft one actually work is enough of a trouble than having another pain in the behind!

Who would want to have Ideas, It makes no financial sence to have them and is dissrespectfull to your brain.
Personally, I'm hoping for a flyer, or maybe even a good GCI Woodie (although that is very unlikly).

But what they will actually do, I don't know. Does anyone else seem to think this is kind of reminicent of when Dorney took out Hercules for Hydra?

25 Parks..............
123 Coasters........
....and still going!

I have an idea: how about we get thru 2006 first, ok?

I could see [another] FT woodie going back in that area. Seeing a nice, twisting, smooth and fun wooden ride actually be THEMED could be a VERY nice addition in that plot of land.

"Bandit" or something like that could be fun, and would just look great in the area.

I know, let's at least wait until the 2006 season starts.

If they wanted to get the height/speed record back, I think they'd sooner buy GAdv than build another bigger coaster. At least then they can get a 2-for-1 sale on all the parts from Intamin. (or a 50-for-20 sale with how much they go through parts and breakdowns.. :) )

Perhaps they are going to use the area to build a new "log" flume to eliminate many current maintenance concerns. As someone else mentioned in the WWL thread, make the flume a little smaller than WWL and you have room to add other water attractions and it becomes more appealing to families than just the flume itself.

Heck, buy the plans off of Hershey for their '07 water area since they can't use them anyway ;)
