Cedar Fair Season Passes

If you purchase a season pass at Knott's Berry Farm or any other Cedar Fair parks, can you use that pass at any other Cedar Fair parks like CP? I am probably going to buy a KBF pass and I'm going to CP next Spring Break when I have school off. I was just wondering if I would have to buy extra tickets for CP. Thanks a lot! Please help me out!

Ok! Thanks, I cannot wait to go to CP next year for my birthday! I will finally be able to ride MF and every thing else there. My friend tells me that CP is the best park ever!

Yes, they're good at any of the CF parks, but you need to redeem your certificate at the park you bought it. In other words, don't buy a certificate at Cedar Point and show up at Knott's on January 1. ;)

They are good most of the Cedar Fair amusement parks. The season passes do not cover most of the water parks (VF and DP's waterparks are included). The water parks which require extra payment are Soak City@CP,Oceans of Fun @WoF, and the 2 Soakcity USA parks in California. Just to let ya know. :)

I think that if you were to buy a pass at KBF today, it would be good for 364 additional days from the day of purchase, allowing you to purchase your Cedar Fair pass for next season, if you happen to be in California, that is. I could be wrong.

I had no problems getting into Cedar point with my Dorney pass. Although the pass checker handed our passes off to other people and that was the last we saw of them. Cedar Point told us everything would be taken care of and our passes would be replaced. When we went to Dorney they gave us the runaround telling us we'll need to pay $10 to replace them. After about 4 months they were finally replaced.

And that's when you have to start to whine, complain, and curse so you don't run into that problem. Never let them keep your season pass.

Why would they keep them? You go to guest services in stead of the turnstyle, they fill out some little form, and buzz you through. That's the normal procedure, so whoever you dealt with was on crack.

Get your pass from WOF, they are the cheapest of any of the CF:LP parks.

When I went to CP with my Knotts pass, they didnt even look at the pass. I just filled out my name and where the pass originated from and I was off.
