Cedar Fair maintains quarterly distribution

Cedar Fair, L.P. today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.46 per limited partner unit, continuing the Partnership’s annualized distribution rate of $1.84 per unit.

Although expected like clockwork, this is still good news. :)

Cedar Fair is kind of a sausage party in management, but there are women moving up through the ranks. There are several "directors" at CP that were VP positions with their prior occupants, so when it comes time to recognize them I'm sure they'll be VP's. The Live-E female boss is already a VP.

Dorney also has a few women in high places that have moved higher within the past couple years.

This may be the first year in quite some time that they haven't riased the distribution, no?

Not suprised, yet good news!

I am going to invest in Cedar Fair some time in the furture and was going over there Annual Report to get more data. One thing I noticed was that they talk about subsidiaries, does anyone know who Cedar Fair's subsidiaries are?

Brian, they raised the distribution from $0.45/unit ($1.80 annualized) to $0.46/unit ($1.84 annualized) in March.

I'll take it-- all 46 bucks of it. Actually, at 5-6 percent of the stock price, it really is a good return compared to many, many other stocks out there. And certainly better than stocks that aren't giving any dividends at all.
