Cedar Fair Discounts

Do Cedar Fair parks sell discounted day tickets to Platinum Passholders? I ask because the person who will be joining me at Canada's Wonderland next month is not a passholder and doesn't expect to be. I have a Dorney Park PP. When I went to KD, my friend Debby bought her family's passes that day and was immediately able to purchase a deeply discounted day ticket for her son's friend.

On a separate but related note, we're all familiar with the discount coupons offered at fast food joints, convenience stores, on soda cans. etc. Do the parks do promotions like that across the border?

Thanks for any help.

No they do not. If you go here and buy the "3-day advance" ticket you will save $4. Just FYI, it's not a 3 day ticket. It's a ticket purchaced 3 days in advance. Unless anyone else has any suggestions, I would try asking around here.

You might be able to find the "local discounts". But, I wouldn't know where to tell you to go.

Thanks. I called the park and that was one of the places they told me to check, along with Shoppers Drug Mart and Mac's. There's also a pretty deep discount for a three-day advance purchase on the park's site.
