Cedar Fair completes acquisition of Paramount Parks

Cedar Fair, L.P. today announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Paramount Parks from CBS Corporation, in a cash transaction valued at approximately $1.24 billion. Cedar Fair will assume the complete operations and management of the parks immediately.

Well, that was surprisingly quick. How long do you all think it will be before honest changes can be seen from a guest's perspective?
Well, they said the deal would be done in the third quarter. I didn't think they meant the first day of the third quarter :)
Cash transaction? LOL, I can picture some dark-lit room surrounded by large men guarding a suitcase while two men discuss "business."
