Cedar Fair amends Ouimet contract with new terms, through at least 2016

Cedar Fair filed an 8-K form with the SEC on Monday, indicating that president and CEO Matt Ouimet's contract is extended through the end of 2016. His base salary is also increased, along with changes to incentives, in part based on a long-term EBITDA program goal that the board will consider.
