CBS to divest Paramount Parks

The CBS Corporation announced today it intends to divest its Paramount Parks division. The Company indicated that numerous parties have already expressed interest in acquiring the operation, and CBS Corporation expects to complete the divestiture in the second half of 2006.

PKI is the most visited seasonal park in the nation? not that i have proof to back it up, but i was under the impression that SFGadv held that title. i would be flabbergasted if i saw proof that PKI had the highest attendance numbers amongst seasonal parks, lol.....
I don't think they were in '05, but it was '04 perhaps that they were at the top of the AB theoretical attendance figures among seasonal parks.
Yeah, in 2004 they did indeed hold that title according to the AB numbers.
The AB numbers also list 4 other season parks as more attended than SFGAdv for 2004 and 2005 - PKI, PCW, CP and Morey's.
In summary, SFGAdv is has been the 5th highest attended seasonal park in North America for the past two years according to AB.
