If there truly was a clear "flagship" park within the SF company, we wouldn't even be having this debate. It would be quite clear which park stood apart from the rest in terms of investment decisions. It isn't. Instead, the company has *several* conerstone parks including some of the ones mentioned above.
But let's keep both issues seperate. Top money makers and most acclaimed(the latter being strictly a matter of opinion). Two different issues.
