Catching some serious air - without the coaster!

ESPN the Mag. article features Stacy Dragila (Sept 3 issue).  A world champion pole-vaulter spends a lot of time in the air.  But she also likes some serious coaster air as well - it's a great article (1 pg.) devoted mostly to her (and her husbands', sorry guys) love of coasters!  Picture features Stacy on Mindbender in West Edmonton Mall (isn't 5.2G's still the record?).  Other coasters mentioned include Demon at PGA and Manhattan Express (not by name, though).  Apparently the mall also features go-karts!

That's cool that she's able to have her air time without a coaster..I too enjoy catching some air whenever I can get it. I love riding my horse over jumps because it gives me some pretty awesome air! Also, everyone thought I was nuts, but coming home from vacation, the plane hit some pretty intense turbulence, resulting in some phenomenal airtime, and I put my arms up. It's a reflex I guess! :)
Drive your car into a R.R. crossing at high speeds....talk about MAJOR AIR!;)

Ok, that's not safe, lol.
I love when planes drop, especially when you are walking down the aisle. you really feel like you will hit the ceiling.

Well, keep that up Bruce, and you might find yourself six feet under.

I've lost too many friends doing that crap. Go ride a coaster.

"No listenin', you hear me?"

There are 2 roads close to me where you don't even go the speed limit and you get thrown of your seat! :)

It's just constant double ups, double downs, and bunny hills. I swear, the people that paved those roads were geniuses.

The first time I went down one of those roads, I wasn't wearing a seat belt. (Yeah stupid, I know) Anyway, I wasn't expecting that much airtime from a road. I was awesome!

The Indiana knobs were famous for their airtime in a car when I was a kid.
The knobs? What are those? I've lived in Indiana and I've never heard of them before...
