Castle and Coaster expansion rumor

There is a rumor on Screamscape that Castle and Coasters may be moving or exapanding a second location in Avondale, AZ which is rumored to be four times bigger than the Phoenix location. I think C&C should move all of their existing rides and attractions and still stack the rides like they do now so that they can add SEVERAL new coasters like a woodie and or a jr. hyper like Goliath @ SFH. I'm sure the 2 coasters they have would be worth relocating but I don't know of their plans. Anyone has any details? Also does anyone have any idea how many acres the current landlocked park has? I know its small but if they use the technique of building rides on top of another but still make it look good this is the way to go. By doing this they could have 5 or 6 medium sized coasters including a L shaped version of Goliath@SFH. This is just an idea of mine. A park 4x the size would still be small in area. My guess 40 acres for the new park. Anybody know anything on this?

You think they have money for that much expansion?

A failure in society is a failure of society.

I don't Castles and Coasters main business is a Golf Course right? I really doubt they have 10 million for a Jr. Hyper. 3 Million for a decent woodie. I'm sorry man, but I don't see it happening.

They would have money to move the rides to a new location and build a new park with them if they can get outside investers. Phoenix have over 5 million people and if 50% are senior citizens 55 and over there are still 2.5 million people under 55 so if a park with 3-5 full sized coasters 80-150 feet tall and a 300 foot tall drop ride was in phoenix there should be enough support for such a park. The Twin Cities in MN has 2.5 million people which is half the size of Phoenix and has Valleyfair. And the new location rumored for Castle N Caosters in my estimate is 25-40 acres large enough for 3-6 compact full sized coasters and than some if they build rides to interwine with each other. If they could get the money they could do a 4 track in 1 coaster dueling with each other with one an inverted, another floorless, another a standup, and the last one a flyer. If you do a 110-120 footer on each layout I believe it could be built in 3-5 acres having the 4 tracks intertwined each other. This can be done in phases too with one track each to test the GP's response. This way they would need the 30-50 million up front. Now there are also lower cost smalled inverted and flying coasters so one like the one @ SFEG may be inexpensive and Pinfari also have a smaller low cost inverted so Castle and Coasters could look at those.
