Carowinds Launches new website...

Looks nice, guess they're gearing up for 2004. I wonder if any of the others will update their's, as Carowinds new one, IMHO, looks much better.

Just thought you may like to know, no new pix of BORG:Ass yet...

If you want pics of BORG:Ass it's $9.95 for a week trial then a recurring charge of $29.95 a month (which they will conveniently bill automatically.

Nevermind.

The new site is a much nicer (and easier on the eyes) color scheme.

Nice site with a clean layout...

...although I liked the Paramount sites before with its easy & fast navigation... this definately is an improvement as it's more colorful & fun to look at.

If only Six Flags sites loaded as quick, we'd be in bliss.

$9.95?!? Geez, my "Coaster Enthusiasts Gone Wild" website only charges $4.95 for the first week, and $19.95 for each additional month...

The new site is really slick! Here is to hoping that they do the rest of the Paramount Parks website this way too. I am utterly impressed.

I didn't notice a difference at first, but that was just the same font fooling me.

I kind of liked the old orange one, but this site looks more official and business-like.

I hate anything bold for a background on a business site. Light Blue/silver/grey/or white are what I'd stick with, heck I even use White/Grey/Light blue on my site for a fresh look. I like the new header and pix, the old ones were granulated.

Now if Only we can get more pix of B:A

If anything will get Star Trek geeks back into the movie theaters, it's BORG:Ass. Especially if it's that creepy/hot chick Borg from First Contact.

I'd have to say that it is a great web site - definitely one of the nicest amusement park web sites. It's easy to get around, the content is well organized, and it has a solid design that is both fun and functional.

I'm so tired of people complaining about Six Flags using the wrong pictures to represent their rides (I realize nobody has done that in this thread), when Paramount does an equally poor job. Most of those pictures are not from Carowinds.

They considered Jeri Ryan for media day but too much $$$. If they would have gotten her, all the fanboys would have been drooling. Instead they got Marina Sirtis, Counselor Troi, for media day on April 1st.

DAMMIT! I'm a 7-hour drive from there, 40 minutes on the north side of PKI!

I saw that also. I hate when Paramount put the wrong ride in the wrong park in tv ads or on the web. The new Tv for Kings Island showed the King Cobra and Top Gun from Carowinds.
