From the interview:

We’re built to entertain people — lots of people. We do that and have done that for years and years, and to not be able to do that, it was like the world was askew. To be able to walk out of my office door, and not hear a roller coaster go, or have people laughing in the midway in the summer, was just beyond surreal.

I very briefly met her on Opening Day 2019 as she was greeting guests and thanking them for coming at the end of the day. She noticed my shirt (I don't even remember which shirt it was) and we talked for a minute or two about how I liked Copperhead, how my day was, etc. For a General Manager at the end of a 12 hour Opening Day operating day with a new coaster debuting, she was full of energy, high fiving and hand shaking (the good old days of 2019) and interacting with as many guests as she could. She seemed so down to earth and interested and excited about the park, and I'll always remember that impression.
