Carowinds announces Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular

The skyline of Carowinds will light up next summer as the amusement park announces plans to debut Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular, a million dollar nighttime walk-through light and sound experience featuring Snoopy and the PEANUTS gang, in the Summer of 2011.

The promo video is so bad it's almost funny. This looks like a very strange and very pointless addition. A generic starlight spectacular focusing on lights up in the trees would have been nice but this seems .....

It seems to have worked at all the other parks that got it, and with this being an off year, at least the park has something to market.

They published the wrong press release by mistake. They're actually building Snoopy's Windseeker.

I was impressed with Cedar Points Starlight attraction. Of course I am sucker for Christmas light attractions as well. If it is done will this would be an excellent addition to any park, any park that has trees that is. Of the cedar fair parks, it wouldnt work at is Michigan Adventure. I still think it would be an amazing to add the starlight experience to the Paddle boat excursion at cedar point.
