In a 22,000-square-foot warehouse, custom-painted parts rest unassembled on shelves and floor pallets - but their fanciful whole is easily visualized. Absent is the familiar whistling of calliope music, yet the effect isn't lessened. The Carousel Works, by all means, is a happy place.
