Lol... what's the Spinning Rollercoaster? never heard that one before. You think maybe its the Ring of Fire (Mega Loop something like that)....
Maybe a spinning wild mouse, but I doubt it.
The Houston Rodeo typically has a Reverchon Spinning Wild Mouse. Sounds like it e-stopped and they had some trouble getting it started again. Do you really need to see video of a mouse that has been e-stopped? :)

That's probably Steve Vander Vorste's Spinning Mouse. It probably set up and didn't want to reset. He's an independent based in New Braunfels,TX. He's fielded a couple of Zyklons in the past. The inspection company is probably Coulter Consulting, which was founded by former CP safety director Dick Coulter *** Edited 3/8/2006 11:03:51 PM UTC by Dutchman***
I am surprised http:/www.amusementsafety.org has not gone in anonymously and 'investigated' :)
They tend to get real excited over little things like this.... ;)
It was a Maurer-Sohne spinning mouse called "Spinning Coaster" operated by Ray Cammack Shows who has been the sole operator at the HLSR for as long as I can remember.
