Canyon Blaster

Has anyone ridden Canyon Blaster both at Opryland (when it was the Timber Topper/Rock 'n' Roller Coaster) AND at TGE? I'm just curious as to how the ride compares with when it was at Opryland.
I used to live in Nashville, Tennessee for about 5 years. I went to Opryland plenty of times, and I thought the Rockinrollercoaster was always one of the best mine trains.

WHAT'S THE MATTER COLONEL SANDERS? CHICKEN!?

while i never rode it at opryland i did ride it last weekend at GE.

after getting in line we waited about 10 minutes for our ride. Sat in the front seat and the ride started. This ride is EXTREMELY SLOW! (I know, I know...its a family ride, its not ment to be fast) So the ride ran its course for what seemed for ever. Meanwhile the guy behind us was talking to his wife and saying "i cant believe this is what they bought. they should have left the tornado standing"

After the ride was over I actually stopped to ask a few of the riders on my train what they thought of the ride, and recieved negative comments from every single person I asked. My two favorite responses were from this one kid and his mom.

The kid said "the swan boats are more fun than this ride"

and his mother said "where are the loops? i wanna go on something thats gonna turn me upside down"

im very disapointed with this ride, and i think great escape will see what a mistake this ride was. when you've got the GP saying that its "slow, and boring" you know there's something wrong.

they should have a rider survey at the end of the ride so they can see some of the negative comments being made about this ride.

the only thing this ride has going imo is its theming which is just great.

That's a shame. It was always fun at Opryland. At 45 mph, I think it's the fastest mine train coaster I've ever ridden compared to SFoG's, SFoT's, SFStL's, WDW's, PKI's, and Carowinds's.
it definately doesnt feel like its going 45mph. on my next trip ill video tape it and put a link up. this thing crawls.

i think it felt more intense at opryland because of the larger trees, etc it was built around. at ge there all saplings right now.
