Can't miss coasters in China?

Heading to China & Hong Kong for 4 weeks on business, and I was wondering if there are any can't miss roller coasters there?

Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks,
Gary

I don't know about "can't miss", but there are two in Hong Kong according to the roller coasters section of this site.

I'd suggest checking out the rcdb search engine for china. Living in southeast Asia, I can't say there's much worthwhile over here, roller coaster wise, only thing really in this region with some good ones is Australia and Japan. The search on rcdb doesn't reveal any rewarding finds, but nonetheless you can search. The only one I've been on was in Hong Kong, The Dragon, and let's just say it wasn't the best maintained Arrow corkscrew in the world. Oh well.

^ If you are in HongKong you should absolutely do Ocean Park. It has one of the best locations of any park in the world. Where else can you ride coasters, flats and an S&S tower which are prepped upon a mountain in the chinese sea?
The Arrow coaster is just inches away from the cliff edges and is actually more of a sightseeing tour with three inversions in the middle.

The landscaping is wonderful and you reach the top of the mountain via the worlds largest ESCALATOR! Its just bizarre to glide up and down an outside escalator which never seems to end.

If you are just interested in rides, you will be able to "make" the park in a half day. There are lots of animal/aquatic exhibits and shows which will keep you busy for a full day if you like. On weekends it can get very crowded and if its a bit stormy (happens often on a rock in the sea) the rides tend to close. So better check with the park before you visit.
