Can't get any of Steve Franks track packs to open

I get an archive appears to be invalid message when I try to open them.  I have WinZip 8.1 (the newest one) on my comp have found older versions of WinZip to try too but it still doesn't work.

Try to download it again. If it doesn't work, download the Drexler Patch and the Windows 2k patch if you already don't have it/them.

No I have all that I have Win XP anyway i don't even get them to RCT and its not XP all other Zip files open no problem and this did this b4 I got xp.  When I try to unzip them I get an invalid archive message.

download an older version of Winzip. Maybe that'll do the trick.
