Rockin' Rider: 3 C

Well, Last year Rockin' Rider was better, this year a heavily trimmed Rockin' Rider was running... I counted like 5 trims on the ride, and it wasnt even reridable again, because it wasnt that great and because it had a loooong line... 25mins (1 ride)

(kiddie) Dragon coaster

I'm not going to lie, i didnt do it for "the count" i did it because i think this coaster is... interesting... I had a good ride and it was fun. Walk on (Back seat, 1 ride)

BAD NEWS/Ride Removals...

Well the Missle is no longer a ride... its now a piece of scenery... its fenced in now and it just scenery...

And One of my fav flats there the Round up looks like its being taken out the Whole car was out of there and the bottom, were the motor was is left and the sign is out and its blocked by some umbrella... Why is this being taken out!?

And the only ride i saw closed today was

Over the Rainbow... (balloon ride)

Atmosphere:

Also, Does Canobie Corkscrew Ever operate with two trains? Because there was an extra train on the transfer Track, And i didnt think it ever had 2 train op... has anyone seen it? And Why does YC only use one train, the second one was on the transfer track and que was full, Why couldnt they use the other train!?

Cool TR. I've never seen the Corkscrew run two trains. I didn't even know they had a second one. Are they running two trains on Yankee Cannonball? I haven't been there since last year. Sadly I won't make a trip to Canobie this year:(.

Maybe they are still a little shaken up over the accident last year and that is why they are not using both very often.

I'm told YC will have one train only for the rest of the season, then this winter they will finish up some work on the new brake systems (as required after last year's collision) to allow 2-train ops to resume next year. Corkscrew has two trains but I have never seen them both in use, the ride cycle is probably too short for it to be of any benefit...

Steve is right. After the collision, they aren't running two trains on Cannonball due to them not being "confident" with the brakes yet. At the ACE meeting they also mentioned magnetic brakes being installed-but that was just a suggestion.

I lost my hat on Poison Ivy. How pathetic.

So what kind of Brakes does YC use?!
