Can IOA get a new Coaster?

Seriously does anyone know if IOA can Build and elaborate type coaster? From what ive seen and heard they are already jammed tight on space

Sex or riding a Coaster?

Im going with the Coaster!!!!
They could... If they manage their space... I heard that the jeep adventure was nest though, coasters arent IOA's style, they tend to do refreshing, themeing based rides. A giga coaster (we all have heard the rumors) just wouldnt fit, not to mention i think they only have a variance of 200 ft, as demostrated by dr dooms fall, and hulk, which i thought was going to be unlaunched originally, but was changed to accomodate space, and zoning. i IOA would just build on the giant lake in the middle of the park, they would be set. I think they could do an under water coaster, as it would be consistent with their style.
Whats the jeep adventure?

Check out the way CCI is building the Cornball Express. www.customcoasters.com That is one tight squeeze!!

If CCI can work in Cornball there, I have a feeling they could put in a gangbuster of a ride for IOA! If IOA wanted a woodie, that is.

"X" marks the spot in 2001!
How about a really long coaster that travels around the perimeter of the entire park passing through all of the major areas. maybe cuts back through the lake.
IOA is not at all out of space. They have just been really successful in making the public think so with elaborate theming. For Example:There is a huge plot of land between Seus Landing and The Lost Continent disguised by giant rocks. And, there is also a large area behind the entrance to Jurrasic Park, coming from Toon Lagoon, and that is disguised with the Huge Fake Electric Fencing. So, IOA certainly can expand, and you can be sure that they will.
Giga Coasters Rule.
HULK was never planned to have a lift hill.
The launch was part of the initial planning and is the basis for the theming of the ride. I belive if you watch the DVD ultamate roller coasters 2000 they had an interview with the park designers and they explain the planning stages of hulk wich was to see if being launched up through a tunnel was exciting.

Besides IOA has room it is just hidden well as it has been said i don't think a giga would be out of the question.

They have the space for a giga I agree as you can note that most of the top notch parks have a great ability to hide their big open vacant spots.

While they may have the space for a giga, do they have the height clearance?

You build it, I'll ride it
Im sure they have enough room for new rides. Maybe another coaster. I didn't even realise there was room where Storm Force is. I have a SP at IOA so I'm there a lot. Infact I'm going there tommorow. But it looks like they are building something BIG about 100 feet past the entrance to Jurassic Park from Toon Lagoon on the left(sort of how GCR stated in an above post). The paved path in the park makes a little turn into the trees like it might be connected to a bigger path in the future. Also if you look through those trees you can see these construction trailers and some green fencing looking like it's blocking something off. BTW I have a dvd called Americas Greatest Roller Coaster Thrills. It has interviews with two main guys incharge of designing IOA. They say there is a 200ft height limit and that is why the Hulk is launched. Also when asked about IOA's future they said it has things in the future but it is classified.

Millenium Force; The future is riding on it.
Believe me...as new as this park is and knowing Universal, they have space hidden behind all that theming. For instance, look at this map:

http://homestead.deja.com/islandsofadventure/map.html

I count two big hidden areas of space. Both in the Jurrassic Park area (Jeeps and a coaster??? Sounds like a possibility!)

Even beyond that, I can see more happening...

Hope I've helped posting the link to that map.

The jeep thing most likely won't happen at least soon. A more likely prospect is a ride of similar Spiderman technology possibly in Jurrasic Park.
