In the last 10 years or so Camden Park has struggled financially but they are really starting to slowly get the respect that they deserve. The had a nasty fire a few years ago, but have cleaned it up and have added several minor attractions. The lake with the Swan Boats was a big boost, at least in appearance.
Camden Park has THEE BEST Whip of all time (as far as I am concerned) as well as an awesome collection of flats. The Big Dipper was one of my first coasters, and actually has some killer airtime in a few spots if you sit in the right seat. The Little Dipper is also much fun. :-) The Dippers have been running quite well the last few years, and you can't resist appreciating the NAD trains.
It's worth a visit, Jacob, and you will be pleasantly surprised. The only downfall is the Thunderbolt Express, which is still SBNO (was once the Screamin Demon at PKI).
The Haunted House is also quite hilarious. The whole park is very different than what you would expect. It's probably the only park where you will see an Indian Burial Mound in the middle of the park.
Just beware of the "floating burgers". The "Pronto Pups" are ok.
