California begins investigation of California Screamin' accident

California has started an investigation of last Friday's California Screamin' accident where two trains collided. It's not clear if the collision accident was caused by the computer or human.

Indeed. Computer commands are only as good as the equipment it's commanding, or the input it's receiving.
