CAC03 - Silverwood Ticket Prices

Hello All,

Well, I understand we have to pay to get in before the show starts. So, does anyone what discounts are available?

I just stopped by my local Costco store, and they have discounted tickets. Item # 484523 at a price of $22.99 was displayed on a board in the store. I guess you fill out a pick-up slip and they retrive them. I don't know if they can be ordered online.

Anyone else find a better deal? (I'm buying 4 tickets, so even a couple of bucks difference really adds up.)

Thanks all,

Sprig - that's the best deal I've seen, however I know Kevin is working on trying to get us a discount for Saturday's admission....you might want to hold off buying anything in advance for now.

Hey Mamoosh,

Any idea what the discounted price has been in the past?

Any idea how the coupon/tickets were purchased/delivered?

And, a final question, who already has a hotel reserved? and the best way to go about that online?

Sprig; try Priceline. I just looked at Orbitz, hotels.com, discountedhotelrooms.com, expedia, hotwire, etc. None could beat Priceline's name your own price. But I must say, I'm staying in Moses Lake, about 2+ hrs away both Fri and Sat night.

I've gotten the Point of life, and can now pass away a happy man!.......

I need to ask Tim & Adam where we're staying again. I've been very much "along for the ride" on this one.

Except for my plane tickets, that is. United is screwing with them AGAIN. First I was on a 767 outbound from Chicago. Then it was a 757. Now it's a 767 again, AND the seat I selected on the 757 don't seem to exist AT ALL on the 767, which is interesting given that the 767 is a much LARGER plane! Oh, and my connection from Pittsburgh which originally left at 4:30pm is now leaving at 3:00pm, leaving me with 3 hours to kill in ORD.

Earlier, for my return I got bumped off of United entirely, moved from a 2:30pm SEA departure on United to a 7:30AM departure on USAirways. When I called to straighten that one out, because I can't possibly make a flight that early, the agent I talked to was like "Ok, I have a 2:00pm on USAirways I can get you on, or there's a 2:30pm on United connecting through O'Hare." When I asked if that United option was the same flight I'd been on ORIGINALLY, she said "Yup, it is, how odd..." I took the 2pm US flight -- no E+ seat, but a fair chance of upgrading. I'm learning to hate United, even with Channel 9, E+ seats, and the Red Carpet Club...

Sprig - this is my first CAC as well, so I'd suggest emailing Kevin Coley with your questions.

We're staying at the Silver Lake Motel just north of Coeur d'Alene. We chose it because it's near the park and has a pool, hot tub, and bar, and offers whirlpool suites.

Helloo Again,

I've emailed him twice, without reply.

I'm just trying to save a few bucks if I can.

Since the lack of replies, I figured I would see if anyone here knows how the last two years happened to work out.

Sprig - my only other suggestion would be to purchase a ticket at the discounted price you found and if Kevin comes up with a lower one try selling the ticket to a guest waiting to enter the park.

Hello All,

Recieved a reply a little while ago.

"In the past, the park has provided up with coupons for $7 off. "

I hope this happens. It would save me $12 bucks over the Costco price (I'm draggin my 3 kids with me!)

Hope this helps someone else besides me!
