Does anyone remember the SLAM under Zinga when Legend was "in crack mode"...I have serious doubts he'd *over-tame* the good (i.e., first) slam on TrEmOrS....it's a wonderful thing.

Tina, TT is exactly your type of ride...it's an almost-perfect out-n-back. Oh, and I have a cool pic to post...later today...Uncle Bernie's *borrowed* the iconic "angry tree" from Silverwood. The tree, IIRC, came about when Silverwood changed the name from Grizzly - shame it had to be moved into the station due to vandalism...

The slam on Legend was removed for maintenance reasons. I fear the same is true for Tremors. My personal favorite slam is at the bottom of Timbers' fourth drop. Yowzerz. :)

Yes, Tina.... Bill is right. You'd LOVE Timber Terror. Just an amazing ride, and that surprise at the end, just before the brake run, is marvelous. :)

Timber Terror might be the most underrated coaster out there. You never hear anything about it, but I was just floored by it. Tremors and TT are perfect compliments to each other.

Well, I was there the final weekend this year and the giant pothole at the top of the third hill, where the train goes left and you went right is no more.

However the train was against the upstops and slammed into the second tunnel as it always has, as it always SHOULD.

Sweet.

You guys know me too well. ;)

Tina you would LOVE both Silverwoodies!

Tremors is a coaster that makes you feel like you are going to be decapitated going into the first tunnel and inpaled going into the second tunnel. It's a lot more fun on a chilly September night as the train flies through the course. And Hammersly has smoothed the coaster nicely where it is rerideable.

Timber Terror is a butt banger. You get ejection air on every hill from start to finish. I too have neck and back limitations on coasters and I can ride this little monster all night long in the back which is the best place to ride to get the air. In fact TT was running so smooth and well that we stayed on for almost the entire hour during ERT last August. A great coaster for power riding!

Here is a photo of the Timber Terror creature when he was displayed near the control pane before being mounted on the entrance walll:

I wish I could find a miniature version of him so that I can add him to my Godzilla/creature collection.
