Cable Snapping?

I have been reading many TR's that people have been cable snapping whie riding Eagle Flyers at PKI. This might sound dumb, but could someone please tell me what exactly this is.

The former Newbie to coasters. Ridden 100 coasters. Not so new anymore :)

You have these fin like things that you sway back and forth to catch air and when you do it right the cable will jerk sometimes violently. Its always good to get off and see little kids get scared and exit the line.

How do you know if you do it right? How high will you get? And how exactly do you do it because I am going to PKI 3 times this summer and would like to get the hang of this.

You know you do it right when you rock forward and back. It hard to explain how to do it. I really dont know how I do it i just did what I say this dude do. my advice is watch others ride it and try to do what they do. Sorry if this wasn't much help.

Dont turn the fin until you come to a complete stop almost on the ground and dont tun the until you are at maximum height. I had the thing so high, I knocked branches off the trees anlong the backside . If you do it right the whole support will will violently rattle and I find it funny when people look at me dumbfounded when i get off.
