I received an advance copy this past week (since we're holding a book signing during Stark RAVEN Mad and will be selling the book in our shops this season) and can attest that it's an incredible book!
I was shocked to discover it's a hard-cover book--with the price ($15.98) I just assumed it was paperback. It's oversized--a coffee table book.
I've always been a fan of Robert Coker's writing, and so I'm looking forward to reading more than just the part about The Raven and The Legend. :)
The photos are superb, too.

Why would I write a book? The only thing I'm qualified to write is an autobiography, and I doubt that would be of much interest to anyone.

You could write a book on the struggle to run a rollercoaster web site. Throw in a couple of murders, a terrorist or two, coasters flying off the tracks, and a little romance; and you might have a best seller.

Actually, I've always wanted to write a book or screenplay, but the right idea has to come to me first. Problem with the screenplay idea is that I'd have to direct... I couldn't leave that to someone else.
In the mean time, I'll just stick to my Sillynonsense journal entries.

I have never heard of Robert Cooker and his new book. Can anyone give me some details on what the book is going to be about. Is it a book that just describes the rides on different coasters around the US or is it something different, such as a book all about Holiday World (which would be awesome :) ) Details are appreciated and if it sounds like a good book then i may reserve a copy myself. When does it come out also? Thanks to all.
