The National Amusement Park Historical Association (NAPHA) has again named Busch Gardens Williamsburg the world's "Most Beautiful Theme Park." The award is based on a survey of NAPHA's members.

BGW is my home park and it truley lives yo its name. All they need is a nice B&M.

Top 3
1.Apollo's Chariot, 2.Flight of Fear (PKD), 3.Rock'n Roller Coaster,

I believe they already have TWO nice B&Ms! ;)

without a doubt this diserves the award. I have been to many parks and this blows everything away. Not only isit clean it also has lots of trees and great theming. I think iot definatly deserves the award.

I rode the bullet at thrillville NH
-Stephen King Riding the Bullet

a B&M flyer or a son of alpengeist/ apollo deal. all of those would take this park from being the bestt park to being the perfect park.

P.S. yes this dose indicate that in my mind no park is perfect yet...

Just visited Busch Gardens Williamsburg around Memorial Day weekend for the first time and I was astounded at how beautiful and CLEAN the park was. I mean ... this place is cleaner than Disney, even - people all over the park sweeping up little almost as soon as it hits the ground! The landscaping is incredible, and the theming is superb...it really blows the socks off of Busch Gardens Tampa, IMHO.

The coasters, with the possible exception of Loch Ness Monster, which banged me up a bit, are world-class, and Apollo's Chariot at once became a tie #1 favorite of mine along with Superman:ROS -New England. I agree that the addition of one more world-class B&M coaster (a Medusa-type would be awesome!) would make it just the perfect park.

Im making it out there for my first time since before alpengeist in July, and im looking forward to it. From what i remember from my last visit, this park surely deserves this award.
