I complain, travis - but I try to make sure my issues are valid, well-worded, and explained in detail (with opportunities with improvement/correction where possible). Having several people tell me "yes, we see you're trying to renew, but our system won't allow us to charge you the renewal price" was bad. Asking for a manager and being told after 15 minutes "no, they can't do anything I can't do, and refuse to talk to you" - that's plain HORRENDOUS.
