Busch Gardens Williamsburg VIP Tour

Okay, $59.99 plus $75 is decent too. However, that's much less affordable to someone like me who can get comp tickets.

If they'd just stop giving front-of-the-line tickets for use when the park is open to the public, I'd love this VIP thing, but that's for a different topic. ;)

------

I'd usually side with the wealthy people can afford VIP more than middle class people, but I won't start...

In some cases, some people will act "above their raisin's" just to make it seem as if they are more important than they really are. People who get their "help" to do their everyday, personal errands do not impress me at all. It's sad that they either believe that they don't have the time to do it themselves, or that they are creating an illusion of being "fancy".

Getting your secretary to call to get you and your family park tickets is silly. That's almost as silly as hiring someone to walk around an amusement park with you to take professional photos.

Silly rich people. :)

Well if you have comp tickets you just pay the $75.. You just have to have means to get into the park separate from the VIP tour. So if you are lucky enough to get comps.. You just pay the $75.

Silly Comp Pass people ;)

Lol. Thanks. I seriously didn't think of that. I just might do that!

But if Lost Kause gets a comp ticket then everyone is going to expect one. ;)

(see paralyzed marine thread)

LOL.. Good point..

Sorry LK.. that'll be $59.95, like the rest of 'em, and don't you dare think about going to the Daily Press (local paper).

Lol. Everyone who works full time at a newspaper and is a staff writer for said paper could ask for a few comp tickets. Others will just have to pay up. :)

The pay sucks, but comp tickets are a great "perk"!

For those who are interested, tentatively the Busch Gardens Williamsburg Coaster Tour will be on Good Morning America, Friday August 7th.

They were out filming some B-Rolls for it and the given date is then.. They will be back for live shots as well. If the date changes I will let everyone know. But look for it on your TV.

I hope they're putting you on the payroll, man. Or are putting a little extra in your wife's paycheck or something. You're doing for BGW essentially what folks like Paula do for HW and Tony do for CP...around here at least. :)

Ken is a great ambassador for BGW. He made us feel like VIPs other than the lack front line passes (but we didn't need them that day).

Plural of B-roll is still B-roll, just FYI, so you don't hurt your media cred. ;) It's like Lego is still Lego even when there are many.

...when referring to the pieces, neither 'lego' nor 'legos' is correct... rather one should say: 'LEGO bricks' or 'LEGO pieces'

Got curious. :)

Heh. But I'll bet Jeff still corrects me when I say, "Legos" on the podcast. ;)

You're damn straight I will. :)

Busch pays well enough.. No need. I love the park and when I hear something that others may be interested I share.

Its only because you know my background.. Would be no different then if someone found out about this in a paper and wanted to share. I just happen to share this particular place event before (sometimes) its in the paper :)

Eh.. My title is Network Engineer. Have claim no media cred. Just know a few terms here and there from my Laser Show days. (obviously not the plural, but good info.. not opposed to learning)

But I did know the Lego one at least so Im happy.

No need to explain yourself, I meant it as a compliment. :)
