Busch Gardens Williamsburg found not liable for sexual assault at water park in 2008

Busch Entertainment Corporation was sued for $5.3 million by the three victims who claimed Busch failed to teach former employee, Sandeep Agarwal, "to refrain from molesting and sexually assaulting" park guests. The plaintiffs included two 15-year-olds, who were 11 at the time of the incident, and a 31-year-old woman. A jury ruled Wednesday that his employer wasn't liable for his actions.

I'm glad common sense ruled. The day it becomes the requirement of the employer to "teach" its employees moral values and the difference between right and wrong is the day America fails at life.

Can you imagine that section in the training manual? It sucks this happened but glad that sanity prevailed in the courts.

Actually, isn't "blame it on the party with the most money" the American way?
