Busch Gardens Tampa-Anything special?

I've never been to an Anheiser-Busch park, so obviously I don't know the kinds of rides and attractions at their parks. Mainly, I was wondering what other reasons should I go besides Kumba, Gwazi and Montu? What other great things do they have? thanks.

Python™! One of the original Arrow corkscrew Models! Personally, I could ride this thing 100 times over. They also have Scorpion™, a great coaster, they have Krazy Camel, a Chance Trabant, and several other flat rides.
The animals, if you like animals that is.

Thank you for riding America's Roller Coast
Are you kidding what other reasons do you need!!
Montu, Kumba, and Gwazi are good enough reasons for me.
Scorpion is also a great ride along with python wich john peck posted. Scorpion is a very old Schwarzkopf looper that pulls some wonderfull G's.

Plus Rhino Rally opens this year as well wich could be considered in part a coaster since the bridge will have a chassis and will follow track that is made by vekoma wich will be hidden underneath the water

Also if you are over 21 enjoy the free Beer.

Python sucks! Sorry to be the rebelious one, but I do not think Python would deem a visit to BGT, but go to my hometown park because of Kumba, Montu, Gwazi, Scorpion, and soon to be Rhino Rally.

Kumba Kumba Kumba!
Montu, Gwazi, Kumba are great coasters. Great Beer. Excellent food. Great weather. What more can you ask for in a park!

Dayuum, Your HOT!
All I get is a few coasters, some flat rides and some animals?...Sounds Great! Anything else to add? Good shows? Any interesting flat rides? A monorail animal ride?
As Mongoose wonderfully said: Kumba Kumba Kumba!
Bcdzoom.
The last time I was there they had a few good shows. The flat rides are allright but nothing major. The train goes throughout the entire park for viewing the animals as Rhino Rally wil also offer animal viewing. The reason to visit this park though is deffinately the coasters wich are all great coasters with the exception of python wich is just a double arrow corkscrew. if I were to skip any coasters there this would be the one. The rest of the coasters at this park easily give it the best selection of all the parks in orlando. Kumba and Montu are one of the Best Pairs of coasters i have seen, Granted IOA has Dueling Dragons and Hulk but they don't have Gwazi and Scorpion.

Don't forget the Beer!!!

BGT is one of my favorite parks. Granted, it's not because of their "Nazi-esque" operating policies, or their typically unbelievably bad ride ops (slow, unmotivated, downright mean sometimes), but because the park has many great coasters, great shows, spectacular landscaping and lots of neat animal attractions. Montu is my #1 inverted still. Ride front row at night (if possible) and I think you'll be a Montu convert, too. Kumba in row 2, left hand side is the "funniest" coaster seat ever. It has these strange pops of airtime that make me giggle throughout the entire ride. Gwazi front or back, either track, you won't be disappointed. What a great combo of wooden coasters! They have lots of airtime, action, and surprises. Scorpion is a positive-G fest. Python has a...um...cool handchopper. ;)

Food is excellent and not TOO pricey. They have some very good shows, including and ice skating show that was ranked as the best show in some ACE poll. They have tons of animal exhibits also, such as the Myombe Reserve where you can see African gorillas. Then there is also Lorikeet Landing which has hundreds of birds flying around freely (as freely as you can get inside a net! ;))where you can also buy nectar to feed the birds.

Overall, it's a great park if you're into great coasters, especially B&M's.

SixFlags purchases Australia!
And don't forget that Scorpion is one of the few loopers with no OSTR's. Always worth a half dozen rides. And you gotta love the beer and food!
Lifthill310 is right. No OTSR is one of the things that make Scorpion unique and a great ride. I wish they were still making these.

Again, KUMBA, KUMBA, KUMBA. Scorpion is really good also. Montu and Gwazi speak for themselves. Python has gotten very rough.
and I think the free beer is worth mentioning again.
T-Wolf:
Scorpion is the Swarzkopf(sp?)looper and Python is the double Arrow corkscrew. Just making sure you don't confuse Scorpion(good coaster) with Python(bad) coaster.

BGT is just a completely awesome park. Everything there is top notch from the coasters to the food. They have a good coaster collection to keep you occupied, but don't miss the water rides, and this new Rhino Rally looks pretty cool too.
