Busch Gardens FL or Islands of Adventure

Your first experience at IOA is pretty special.

Personally I would go to Islands of Adventure! That park totally rocks. Compared to Busch Gardens the detailed theming and ride experiences of the rides are ten times better. Don't get me wrong Busch Gardens Africa has its perks but let's face it Dueling Dragons and The Incredible Hulk are awesome!

I am more on the BGT side, but its still a win win situation whatever you choose.
