Building coaster car centerpieces / need suggestio

Monday, June 18, 2001 10:53 AM
I'm planning to build coaster cars as centerpieces for our wedding reception tables.

Looking for ideas on how to scale down a single car, such as a Boulder Dash car, where to find drawings or other useful info on this type of car.

Plan on building out of wood, painting and sticking a label on the front. The inside of the car may not be finished to leave room for a candle or flowers.

Any help would be appreciated, CoasterEd.

Still looking for suggestions as where to look for flat drawings or ways to scale down for reproduction. Can anyone head me in the right direction??? *** This post was edited by coaster ed on 6/22/2001. ***

Cool idea! Sorry, don't really have any suggestion, but good luck, I'm sure it will be great!

We want pics after you make them. We're getting married in September and that sounds like a neet idea!

Thanks for the encouraging words.

No problem on the pictures.

Still looking for some help with drawings or sites.
