B:TR at SFNO

Yes, yet another B:TR is being built. My question is, when will the madness stop. Don't get me wrong, I think cloning is absolutely fine. If you have a high quality ride that many people like, sure, go ahead and make a few copies. But it has to stop somewhere. I may be wrong, but isn't this the 7th batman being built. I myself am a fan of B:TR, and enjoy riding the original at GAm. But over the past ten years Six Flags has made another copy almost every year. I think at some point it has to stop for the good of the industry. The amusement park industry relies heavily on creativity, innovation, and technology. There needs to be new ideas to keep the public excited. Besides, when will we ever have a 200+ft and 8+inversions on a B&M inverted. I'm just trying to say that B:TR should not be all that Six Flags has to offer, they need to be more creative.

The clone topic has been beat to death. Let's not go there again. Besides, this particular ride already existed in Japan, it's not a new ride.

This is not a new invert. It's being relocated from Japan I believe. I'd say it was a good buy for them considering they will save some cash on a used, rather than getting a new one from B&M.
