Brain injury blamed on Eagle going backwards?

This is unbelievable. I just got done watching Fox News Chicago and the 11 year old girl and her family that is sueing SFGAm, say the brain injury on the girl was caused from the American Eagle going backwards. Their attorney claims the ride isnt designed to go in reverse.

This supposed incident happened in May. I am wondering if SFGAm is going to cut short having the Eagle go backwards because of this ridiculous lawsuit.

I dont get it. :(

Give me a break......
Man , I all ready wrote a whole essay to fox news explaining why this is supposed to run backwards. Also her family is from my home town and i know them. I've been giving them a lot of grief over this. She could of suffered this anywhere.

Hmm, 2003 at SFGAm look it's a Bird It's A plane It's S**** M**

Oh my god, that is a bunch of crap, the girl was either screwing around, or it was something that was natural and could have happened at any time

Man, People will do anything for a fast buck! Any judge would be crazy to award them anything. Another example of greedy greedy people. Also, the doctor they interveiwed even said that it is very unlikely that any coasters cause brain injuries.

What a bunch of BS!!! The Eagle's Backward drop is the most thrilling moment in the park for me, if they turn it forward, there will be hell to pay! (OK, maybe not, but I'll still be really pissed).
