Just curious what the electrical line is for on the right side of the track.

Probably for a proximity sensor or a relay switch.

Are there any emergency lights along the ride?

Wooden coasters need a lot of maintenace. That involves saws, drills, etc.

I can't say absolutely, but I know all of the coasters at Kennywood have power run along side the tracks for work outlets to make the carpenters' jobs easier.

It's probably there for a convenience, and so they don't have to drag generators or extension cords all over the place.
