A woman who answered the phone Friday at Boomers confirmed that the center would be closed so owners would have enough time to liquidate its assets before its scheduled demolition, including the Dania Beach Hurricane, to make way for a planned shopping plaza.

Starliner used as much or more of the "original" (wink) lumber as any relocated woodie....the other ones that I believe used most of the prior ride would be Skyliner and Wild One.
Ahhh, Skyliner. Rumor has it that the wood was numbered, but it was painted before assembled, and, therefore, the park had a very difficult time putting it back together.
Does anyone know if there is any truth to that story?
Skyliner was my first "big boy" roller coaster when it was still at Roseland on Canandaigua Lake... What a fun little park that was! I still want to get down to Lakemont for a couple laps on Skyliner for old times sake.
But then again, what do I know?
