Bonfante Gardens has lost its battle with the county tax assessor. Now the debt-ridden theme park must either accept its imminent reassessment or sue the county. I've not been there, and aside from my gut feeling that property values out there are outrageously high, $84.5 million sounds kind of high. I can't imagine that the buildings and rides attribute that much. I thought the sale of some of the land already happened.
