If you wish... dreams comes true...
I'm not a religious man, but I'm praying for a Nitro clone!

Even a clone of Kumba or Medusa would be sweet.

Why clone when you could have a completely new hyper? ;)
Notice how the boxes say "SF La Ronde" on them... possible flagging next year?

I'd think a Beemer is a "flag-worthy investment" for LaRonde...

Seems like our friend a couple weeks' ago DID know what he was talking about, LOL...

B&M sure did spread themselves thin this year - let's hope this doesn't delay the opening of MY shiny new Beemer...;)

Congrats LaRonde! Pretty much has to be a hyper, flyer, or a floorless, since they've got a stand-up and an invert...unless it's the B&M 4-D... ;)

In the last pic in the link above, there are posts that are flagged for removal. Does anyone know what those posts are? Is another ride coming out to make way for this coaster? Where is this ride going in the park?

let's hope this doesn't delay the opening of MY shiny new Beemer...

and which one would THAT be. ;)

*G*, I wonder...;)

Interesting to note that Duane still has nothing about this new ride on rcdb... hmmmm....

The boxes saying "SF La Ronde" means nothing regarding a flagging.

I still have a shipment paper from B&M, from Vampire in 2002 and it also said "SF La Ronde" on it.

Great! I saw those pics this morning (im a member on that site) and I nearly died! If its a Hyper, which i would love for it to be, I'm gonna lose it tommoro. I remember way back in 2002 when i first heard the rumors...wow!

I think its a definite custom with influences of other rides. Theres been a long rumor of a Nitro type layout, recently its been said to look more like SS and now its that its a strectehd out RB. Anyway,

WE SHALL KNOW ALL TOMMORO!

La Ronde 2006!

I just hope Keith did the animation for this and Tatsu...
My guess is that if it's a clone of anything, it'll be a clone of Goliath coming to SFOG. Six Flags has been known for buying several clones of the same ride for several different parks in the same year and Goliath at SFOG just seems like a coaster that would be easy to fit into other Six Flags parks. I just don't see it being a Nitro clone, especially considering how close (relatively) La Ronde is to SFGAdv.

If you can't stand the heights, get out of the line.

Well, they did put in Jokers Jinx at SFA, which is a clone of FoF... ;)
Well there is a way you could find out if Keith did the animation - ask him or his buddy. :D
Congrats Montreal!

It's a nice park. You deserve another good coaster!
