Blackstone acquires Busch Entertainment for as much as $2.7 billion

After months of negotiations, Anheuser-Busch InBev announced this morning that it will sell Busch Entertainment Corp. to the Blackstone Group for as much as $2.7 billion. Blackstone, the New York-based private-equity giant, will pay AB InBev $2.3 billion in cash plus give the beer brewer a right to participate in its return on investment up to $400 million.

I'm pretty sure that will be a no. The article said they will still sell A/B products. Although I really wish you can since it's my favorite beer.
I was kinda hoping IB was going to keep a share of the BEC and put the hospitality house's back in.
Now the big question. Since I can quit my boycott of BEC parks should I get a AP now or do you think they will have better deals after the purchase. I'm guessing not much is going to change.

First year I wouldnt expect too much.. Budgets are fairly set for 2010 as well as all park planning.. 2011.. Potentially a different story.
