Blackpool Pleasure Beach Drops Prices - NO HTML

Blackpool Pleasure Beach (UK) has once again dropped it's prices for the 8th season in a row.

From 2nd March 2002 all rides will be just £1.00 every Saturday and Sunday until 24th March then from Monday 25th until Thursday 28th once again all rides just £1.00.

From April 12th Every Friday Until July 12th 2002

Yes, I suppose you're correct... nothing is cheap there. Oh well, I guess I will find out in May when I go for my self.

Hotel rooms are not bad at all, and the food is outrageous its so cheap.   Huge $10 all you can eat buffets.

Ravenguy, that's what I always heard, but when I finally went to Vegas, I found that the food and lodging was just as expensive as anywhere else, if not more so.  If you want free/cheap food, you have to eat in places that are, uh, undesirable.  And my hotel room at Harrah's (not 4-star by any means) was $179 a night.

Nice site. I agree with your comments on the Big One, great first drop, and nothing else - at least it's not rough like Depserado.

I went twice last year, once in March when the rides were only 80p, and the lines were very long, and again for the last day of the season. Incidentally, the Steeplechase was running all three lanes when I went in March, but not in October. And the WHIP is now open!
