Illegal theme park ticket sales are a serious problem in Orlando, with a unit of seven officers is cracking down on offenders. A 2001 murder case has been attributed to a police informant's involvement in busting the illegal ticket trade.

Honestly, considering the amount of money involved in theme park tickets (esp. with O-town tix now over $60, selling at 63.63 at last check), it's not that surprising that they're either counterfeited or otherwise illegally obtained for sale...

kpjb's avatar According to their website, it's $59.75, although that's still worthy of a counterfeit.

Antuan, your ticket price was for BOTH parks, which in all honestly, is not that bad at all (around $37 per park).

Yes, but doing both parks is one day is at least exhausting if possible at all. Tried it myself.

Joe, considering that now they're doing BOGO on park tix, seems "a little steep" to me to charge that heavily for a second park, when you're forced to TRY and do it all in one day...

gator, remembers that one day at DL/DCA was certainly "pushing it"...

Wait, how do you make fake passes, if they scan the ticket. And if its a bad ticket the turn style or somthing beeps. I remember I had a 3 day flex ticket and I couldn't remember how many days or something like that. Went to go check and it said it was used already and the turn styles beeped or somthing. lol it was almost a year ago. I can barely remember.
