Bill will allow VisionLand to restructure debt

The Alabama legislature gave final approval to a bill that would allow financially troubled VisionLand to restructure its $90 million in bond debt. It now goes to Governor Don Siegelman. The House Of Representatives passed it 83-0 and The Senate approved it 26-0.
