Any SLC is a headache (well after 12 consecutive rides!)
But I'd have to say the back of Predator @ Darien Lake.. I was only 10!!
Also the Python @ BGT is pretty bad...

Flight Of Fear (PKD) oOoOoOoOowWwWwWw
Remember, Outer Limits:Flight of Fear was the headbanging coaster at PKI and PKD. Not Flight of Fear, an "all new ride" at the parks. There's a *big* difference.

You are the Weakest Link! Goodbye!!!
Firstly, I get really mad and befuddled when people group all Premier loopers together. I rode Poltergeist about 5 times last May, and never, ever, did I get a headache.
Corkscrew, (CP) did that pretty badly for me, as did Blue Streak. In fact, I was in pain after Blue Streak. That was only this year, though.
Gwazi at BGT is my favorite wooden coaster, and way up there on my total coaster list. It did rattle me around a bit, but that was only in the second row (back) of each car. I quickly learned that, rode it again, and liked it.
Frankly, if you ride wooden coasters for nice, smooth rides, you're insane.

Why? Premeir delivers really uncomfortable rides with OTSRs. I don't know why they do that. (Although they are improving.) They've ridden their coasters, and I'm sure they've ridden coasters from other companies that do even more complex maneuvers where your head NEVER touches the restraint.
The only Premeir looper I haven't ridden is the one at Sazuka Circuit near Osaka (although that's changing in August!), and out of all of them only one that wasn't too rough was Speed. Poltergeist is one of the least rough ones, but it's still too much. If I was running a park that installed a Premeir looper I would be upset that they didn't deliver a comfortable ride. (On a side note, I couldn't be more pleased that Paramount took two of the roughest coasters that gave the worst headaches ever and made them GREAT now!)

Actually, I agree with peabody. The only other premier I've been on is Mr. Freeze(which I happen to love), but Poltergeist was very nice, and I never got a headache. What a great ride!
A agree with you man. I usually have fun if I only ride once. They are amazing designs and are very innovative, but then there are those trains......
(I didn't get a headache on Poltergiest, but it seemed very capable of doing so! I didn't stick around to see...I went on to S:KC!)

The worst headbangers for me were.... and in no real order....
1. Steel Phantom.... (Kennywood) hurt my head pretty bad
2. Vortex.... (PKI) The only coaster I nearly blacked out on
3. OL:FoF... (PKD and PKI) Extremely bad on the head, but won't be without the OSTR's now. YES!!
4. Corkscrew (CP)Was nerve wrecking on the hop before the loop and really a neck-breaker.
5. Joker's Jinx... (PKD) Only once though did it hurt
6. Mean Streak (CP) During good weather it is a great woodie, during the rain it is a pain in the butt and is extremely rough and really hurts.

LOL! I've never heard that before. Perfect description of an SLC. :)
The worst headachers I've been on: OL:FoF, Mr. Freeze, SLCs, Mr. Freeze, Corkscrew (CP), Mr. Freeze, OL:FoF, Mr. Freeze...oh, and Mr. Freeze :)
Premier Rides has perfected the art of giving people headaches (although they appear to have recently abandoned the tradition on FoF). No one else can even compete. I sure hope they go to lapbars on their other coasters, too (but then who would I make fun of ;)). The people that designed the Premier restraints have got to be the stupidest people in the amusement industry. As has always been suspected but only recently proven, their rides can actually be good (imagine that... :)) without the OSRs.
Everyone seemed to get a headache from OL:FOF except me! I'm just hoping I'm not the only one who gets a headache on the new FOF!

#Life is a rollercoaster you just gotta ride it#
Beleive it or not the only headache I ever got from a coaster wasn't from head banging on restraints it was from the sheer roughness of the ride from start to finish. Hercules at Dorney park just shook us so bad that we actually left the ride with a pounding headache.
For some reason, I always get a very painful headache during the helices on the Beast and SoB.
Have all you that have been calling Premier rough roller coatser designers, forgotten about Speed!? Personally, Speed in Vegas, was one of the smoothest steel roller coasters that I have ever been on! And can anyone say, SFWoA's Mind Eraser? Ouch!
It hads to be Robin side of the chiller, when you go 0-70 in less then 4 seconds you head goes crazy, the entire ride is very painful!!
