Well, I'll start out with BGT. We first get to the park and the first ride we see is Montu. The park from the outside is very nicely done. Very scenic. As soon as we get in, I wanted to ride Kumba, but first I was looking around the park and was in awe of how the whole park. They say BGT is one of the largest zoo's in America and I believe it. This park is enormous in size and very nicely themed......As usual I'll give a quick review of the coasters I went on:
Kumba: Well if intense were to ever have a definition, Kumba would be the answer. This is a definite top 5 coaster and maybe the best sitdown looping coaster, IMO. This ride has constant postive g's which doesnt let up intil the end. Awesome ride.
Montu: Dayuum! Ive heard great things about this inverted coaster but, Dayuum!!!. Montu is fast and very intense. This ride doesnt let up at all. When going up the lift hill you can basically see the layout and your like this ride looks really long and twisted. Another reason why I LOVE this ride is how half of the ride is entrenched and just enhances the ride, totally. Going through the "batwing" was just awesome. I cannot praise a ride more than I would for Montu!!
Gwazi Tiger/Lion: Dayuum! This is my type of wooden coaster. If you like lateral forces and directional changes this is the coaster for you. This ride...well, lets just say I was speechless after my rides. No matter where you sit this ride, you will get a awesome ride. This is another DO NOT miss ride.
Scorpion: Wow, I was impressed with this ride. When you look at the layout you think its tame, but riding it is another story. It was very good, especially the helix which offered ALOT of positive g's. Good Coaster
Python: It was ok. Just your typical standard corkscrew.
Overall, this is a beautiful park. I thought the park was flawless. Food was excellent. I really like the Icecream store near the entrance which had delicious pastries, MMMM.
