Best seat for airtime

1-3 on Big Dipper is the BEST seat to get air! I rode 1-3 on Sat and I felt like I was going to fly out! It was great!

BTW....everyone who said that Serial Thriller was better this year with the new pads are VERY correct! It was great! On the other hand...Mind Eraser is still the only coaster there that I ALWAYS come off with a horendous headache.

I was surprised by the odd air on Steel Eel. I first rode 6-3, and almost got whiplash at the pullout of the first drop, but the rest of the air seemed really mild. I rode 6-2 after that, and the first drop felt completely smooth. I ended up getting the most air throughout the ride towards the front of the train, though.

That is because it was trying to erase your mind!!! LOL

Anyhoo, I tend to ride most coasters from the backseat first to find ejector air. Raging Bull and Cyclops are the two that I have found this in abundance in the back. I do know that the back of the first car on Viper gives some pretty kick butt air too.
