The Boss SFSTL. The double down. A BIG surprise. You know it's there, but you can't see it comming. Loaded with speed and air time.
Steel Phantoms second drop thru the T-bolt and down the ravine.
The one in the middle of the Raven is great too.
The greatest is on the Cyclone at SFNE in the back seat. WICKED, WICKED, WICKED, I didn't know a woodie could deliver a drop so nasty. :) probably my favorite on a wood. :)
Just guessing here but I bet the first drop on Hypersonic at PKD will be insane. Cresting the top not seeing where your going then looking STRAIGHT down. I bet there is some awsome airtime there.

Cyclops at Big Chiefs. This small CCI woodies second hill is insane. Out of your seat airtime galore.

"DONT FIGHT IT, RIDE IT",,,,RAGING BULL
Magnum all the way. But one that people forget is Gemini...it still packs a punch.
Besides Cyclops as mentioned above, two other coasters that give great backseat standing air are Roar @ SFA and Raging Wolf Bobs @ SFO
The Racer at PKI has a good first drop. You can feel it in your stomach every time you ride it.
The back row on both Raging Bull and Superman (SFNE). Airtime all the way down!
For a steel coaster, I'd have to say Magnum. Breathtaking view before you plummit down.... For a woodie... Hmmm.. That's a toughie... I'd say the Beast... I thought it was really cool. Especially at night :)

Besides MF,(which is a great drop, but goes by too quick)I can think of several that take my breath away. Magnum, 1st and 2nd drop, Gemini. There's something about seeing that steel beam coming at you. The Beast, I still love seeing the tunnel in front of you after 20 years. Finally, The Racer at PKI. I still remember my dread the first time I rode it in 1974 and the look on my son's face 20 years later, when it was his first Coaster.
I say Goliath, but I haven't been to CP yet. So until I go, Goliath is #1.
Cyclone at Coney Island, and Raptor...
Top 5 Drops:
1. Goliath
2. GhostRider (sweet turn at the bottom)
3. Millennium Force (I haven't been on it, but it looks tight)
4. Medusa (great airtime)
5. Viper (SFMM)

"There's another monster on the drawing boards!"
What could be better than dropping VERTICAL over 100 feet into a pitch black tunnel filled with smoke?
And to top that off, it hangs you at the top of the drop for 5 seconds.
"Oblivion", the worlds first vertical drop rollercoaster.
