Sorry if that's what it sounded like. That was my single worst experience for crowd handing. It was a pretty bad day and I had never seen anything like it. PKI did things which redeemed itself on my second visit this year, when SOB was open. The walkback happened and was a BIG a treat as always. I was also impressed with the way I saw them handle the ungodly large crowd waiting for SOB to open.
On a side note...I find what you said about SOB very interesting. The exact opposite thing happened to me. I had been hearing horror stories from EVERYBODY about SOBs roughness including the hotel that gave us extra pillow because they had been getting so many requests from people whose backs hurt so because of SOB. Anyway...long story short...Early August, did the SOB walkback. My 2 rides were AMAZING. One or two rough spots, but a wonderful INTENSE ride. The fellow sitting behind us during our walkback ride had ridden it about 30 different times including the media day and said that it was the single best ride he had ever seen it give. It made me scared to ride it again after that day. It was SO good I'm afraid it will disappoint next time! (I will ride it though! Gotta love that blissful loop.)
