Anyone every seen pics of Lake Compounce's Boulder Dash? It's a CCI woodie built into the side of a mountain. Aside from being a great roller coaster, it provides some of the most stunning visuals of any coaster I've been on. The clearing in the trees is just wide enough for the track to pass through.

Dueling Dragons!

Best Steel
1.) Millennium Force - CP
2.) Medusa - SFMW
3.) Dueling Dragons (Ice) - IOA
4.) Dueling Dragons (Fire) - IOA
5.) The Incredible Hulk - IOA
The woodies at SFSTL. The Boss and Screaming Eagle. They both fir perfectly in their surroundings. The Boss looks awesome with its natural color. I drove by the park today and it looks as if the Screaming Eagle is getting painted. Now it will look even better.
I will have to vote for a few. I agree with all of your opinions.
New this year:
1) Nitro
2) Talon
B&M's are so pretty.
Other great looking coasters:
Steel-
1) Millenium Force- The colors, size, and trains. Enough said.
2) Magnum- The colors, size, and trains. See the pattern?
3) Goliath- The colors, size, trains, and landscaping. Imagine in 10 years when the landscaping has had some chance to mature. Hopefully they will kep the paint fresh.
4) Steel Force- The colors, size, and the way it sits in the valley.
5) The Great Bear - Hershey and B&M don't get too much credit for this. The colors, layout, and the way it fits in to terrain of the park and the other rides around it.
Wood-
1) Lightning Racer- The way the coasters intertwine, layout, and the trains. Enough said.
2) Son Of Beast- I haven't ridden this yet, but just the way that its looks on TV shows, and pics gives me that impression. I am making it there this year.
3) Shivering Timbers- The look, layout, and size. Great design.
4) Boulder Dash- The layout, look, and the use of topography.
5) The Wildcat- Hershey, and GCI's first. Plenty of great things to come from this company. Great Layout.
This topic is one that will definitely vary with the people. For me I would have to say American Eagle and Screamin' Eagle in the wooden category. And for steel I say Shockwave. It is an impressing coaster when you drive into the park entrance.
Pepsi Max - The Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in the UK has to be the coaster that is most intimidating and dominating looking from both inside and outside the park, both on and off the ride. Millenium force is good, but can't compare.
For woodies, I think the picturesque Boulder Dash at Lake Compounce takes the cake.

I agree, Dueling Dragons looks absolutely stunning, those two brightly colored twisted tracks, with the two life-size dragons in front looks amazing.

"Life-size" dragons? Aren't they mythical? So, wouldn't that mean they don't exist, so they can't be "life-size"? Oh, forget it! ;)

The Giant Dipper at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk...One of the best, and also one of the oldest!
i like hulk because of its launch and its over water and it goes into that mistfilled tunnel. never been on it but it looks overrated to me. i dont see how it could be soo much better than all of the other b&m creations. i think that the b&m hypers look more exciting than any other coaster especially nitro. i just cant see how a ride with a launched lift into a barrel roll can be so much better thann all their others
GD@SCBB,FB@SFMM,GLTH@SFMM are all pretty intimatading!

Oh my god, Becky look at that coaster!
